I am new to scilab(used matlab) and i made a simulation model and tried to save it,but the model is not saved anywhere. below is picture showing the model, name of the model and the current directory where it says it saved there? i saved previously also, next day i tried to find it but could not find. does anybody know whats the reason?
I had a similar problem. Make sure that you save the file as a ‘.zcos’ file in your chosen directory. When I do that, I can always get the file on my file explorer. Hope this helps.
I did triedto same as .zcos file and tried other file as well, it does not get saved? is this me only, how come? using windows 10.
You need to also write the extension when saving the file.
If for example are trying to save a file with the name my_model, in the “save as” window you need to write my_model.zcos, not just the name.
