Scilab-2026.1.0 and vscode plugin issue

Hi all,

i just tried to run automatic updated plugin vscode with scilab-2026.1.0 and it failed to start , whenever restarting : it is complaining about inconsistent version between scilab engine and plugin while actually updated path???

If I set path to previous scilab-2026.0.1, the recently auto-updated plugin doesn’t complain through error message but the start status is marked failed.

Hence for the time being, I have to move back to previous version of the plugin as well.

Any idea what’s going wrong there ?

Hi David,
Can you try it again? I’ve fixed it on Friday afternoon
The last version of the VSCode plugin should be 2026.1.1.
