Crash when I try anything

New in Scilab XCos, when I try to simulate or open ATOM, the software crash.
How to solve this?

Edit:

I tried the “modelica option” and same result crash when try any option.

I already tried re-download and re-install.

Hello,

You should be more precise. What is the hardware and operating system, what is the Scilab version, what is “the modelica option” and what do you mean by “simulate or open ATOM”.

I am sorry, but nobody will be able to help you unless you describe precisely what you are doing.

I have Windows 11 23H2

Scilab 2024.1.0 64 bits

ATOM version, no idea, crash when try open.

XCOS version, not appears, probably 2024.1.0 64 bits

here is the start simulate’s bottom from XCOS


in the image, i used a “xcos demostration”, when I try to start simulation crash without log.

In the simulation toolbar appears modelica initialice option, too crash without log.


I already updated JRE, re-installed, without luck.
