How to use the LOOKUP_F

Hello, I want to transfer a model from Simulink into xcos and i ran into a problem. I don´t know how I should transfer the LOOKUP Table from Simulink into xcos. I already found the LOOKUP_F block but I don´t understand how I can edit the curve.

Can someone please explain to me, how I can recreate this control curve in xcos?

Double-click on the LOOKUP_F block, move points with right-click, insert new points with left-click, then select the menu item Control/ok. Other menu items allow to import/export *.xy two columns text files like
