How to plot SCILAB Histogram plot for a grouped data?

I have a grouped data:

X 10-20 20-30 30-40 40-50 50-60
Frequency: 6 12 35 25 10

I want to do Histogram plot for this grouped data using SCILAB.

I tried to use the command histplot but I don’t know how to proceed.

Can you kindly help me?! Thanks a lot!
