Which version of Scilab did you install ? Likely, it seems to be broken, I suggest to uninstall then reinstall it properly.

I have tryied again and again and no way.
With administration rights and no way.
Cahnging the Path no way,
Does the PC needs to instal JAVA or something is blocked by the pc while installing???

Can you try to remove the SCIHOME (SCIHOME - Contains the path to preferences, history files of your Scilab session.) directory?

I have deleted de folder of SCIHOME and when trying to open again SCILAB it cereates a new folder with the same name but with the same error.

Can you try to launch Scilab form a DOS or PowerShell command line to see if there are Java exceptions listed?
