Difficulties in downloading atoms toolboxes

Currently trying to download various toolboxes via ATMOS but everytime I try, I get an error:

Could someone help me with this?

Hello,

Considering NISP atoms package : this toolbox has not been updated since 2014, and at this time Scilab version was 5.5.2. Likely, it is not maintained any more. However, you can give it a try by installing Scilab 5.5.2 (which should still work on recent Windows versions).
