ATOMS libraries download issues

I am unable to access the ATOMS library - I got the below error message

atomsDownload: Error while opening the URL https://atoms.scilab.org/2024.1/TOOLBOXES/64/windows.gz.
atomsDownload: The following file hasn’t been downloaded:
- URL : ‘https://atoms.scilab.org/2024.1/TOOLBOXES/64/windows.gz’
- Local location : ‘C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\SCI_TM~4\ATOMS~1\1_TOOLBOXES.gz’

Are you able to download the file when you paste the URL in your WWW browser ?

It works now - not sure why I couldn’t get the file initially
