How to use the Xcos DLSS block?

I would like to implement a discrete dynamic system in my Xcos simulation. The intended system has two inputs, two outputs and two states. Please can you tell me how to use the DLSS block in this situation? I am little bit confused by the fact that irrespect to the dimensions of the matrices the block still have only one input port and one output port.
