There’s an India-based online Scilab server:
https://cloud.scilab.in/
Even though it apparently runs an older version of Scilab, it will be quite convenient, esp. for students using (the nowadays ubiquitous in educational establishments) Chromebooks, that cannot run Scilab natively.
