# Scicv toolbox not installing on Mac

scicv toolbox not installing on Mac

Hello,

For the moment the scicv toolbox has not been recompiled for Scilab 2024.0. However an equivalent toolbox is the IPCV toolbox (it is already available for Scilab 2024.0). Which features do you need?

Let’s update on this: on 2023 Scilab, everything is fine with running Scilab Computer Vision Toolbox; to enable “scicv\_Init();” however not so with Scilab 2025! This is on the Apple platform.

Is it possible to upgrade without losing this Module?
