Nice. I am stuck at the same point. Here it says the file is missing but the software/toolbox should create such xml file and image automatically as per few above comments. Nice. I have resolve the issue using consolebox on and debugging method. Btw thanks @vincent.couvert for help. Sorry for multiple questions.
